At Annabelles Wigs, we want you to feel confident in your new look; however, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the wig or hairpiece is in its original net and box; please do not remove any hygiene seals or tags, as tampered items cannot be refunded.
Ship the Package
Affix your return label and drop the package off at your local post office; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
