How do I choose the right wig color to match my natural hair?
We recommend checking our digital color swatches under natural lighting. If you are still unsure, you can email our stylists a photo of your hair in daylight, and we will provide a personalized color match recommendation.
Are Annabelles Wigs heat-resistant?
Yes, our high-quality synthetic wigs are heat-resistant up to 180°C (350°F). We recommend using a low setting and testing a small strand at the back before styling the entire unit.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for hair products?
For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and the security seal is intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
How should I wash and maintain my wig?
To prolong the life of your wig, wash it every 10-15 wears using sulfate-free shampoo and cool water. Always air dry on a wig stand and avoid brushing while the hair is wet.
